A term The Frank Show stole from a high speed internet provider's radio commercial and is now using it for god knows what. The complete phrase should be "bee boo ba boo wee bo wop" Tired of dial up? Then get cox high speed cable connection. It's always on so you don't have to wait to dial in each time *bee boo ba boo wee bo wop* and you wont have to wait for the connection static *staticy sounds here*
