Wangda is a Korean term for outcast or loner. Somebody that the school knows to ignore and pick on because if they were to befriend them, they'd be uncool too.
New student: Hey who's that person over there? They seem pretty lonely.
Regular student: Oh, don't talk to them. They're the wangda of the school.
Regular student: Oh, don't talk to them. They're the wangda of the school.
