A code name for people whos name is Charles/Charlie.
Mainly used by Israelis for "talk-behind-back" purposes.
Inspired by the Israeli cinematic epus "Charlie Vachetsi".
I was first used by a group of three israely engeneers lost in translation.

"Man! i think vachetsi just farted!"
