Kocmoc unleased buff

While Arshadow was verifying Kocmoc unleased, a potential top 1. they decided to buff the level to make it harder and the most famous buff is when Arshadow was lazy to buff a level a normal way so they placed a black oval to cover a section of the level.
It has now become a inside joke where somebody places a black oval and usually says "why is ... buffed?"

Man this level sucks because why does it even have a Kocmoc unleased buff?
Were they too lazy to make a proper buff?
