To make a previously unknown word ( or little recognised word ) to occur on Urban Dictionary.

Oh that word is just whack, I totally have to go udify it.

to remove a word or term already registered on Urban Dictionary.

There are some damn words on Urban Dictionary that UD editors need to de-udify.
