Whenever a person (usually a white boy/girl) cannot stop twerking, even though they don't have a booty to begin with.

Girl: *Twerking in the middleschool hallway*
Boy: What are you doing?
Girl: I am twerking!
Boy: oh.. you do that all the time
Girl: Yeah, I got twerkitus
