One who tweets via twitter while at the wheel of a motor vehicle or while operating heavy machinery. This, more often than not, results in serious injury and/or death. Passenger: "Look at that asshole tweeler, cut him off."
Driver: "I'll give you something to tweet about emo fag!"
Wade is such a tweeler. I am surprised he has only impaled three people with his forklift today.
