The art of giving back a royal painful kick up the arse (aka toe poking) to a group of perpetrators , in retaliation for an unprovoked attack.

Toeking

The painful and unexpected result of stubbing your toe so severely that it leads to inadvertently consuming or inhaling cannabis. It's a bizarre and uncomfortable experience where the agony of stubbing your toe is compounded by the sudden onset of a high.

I was rushing around the room and ended up toeking so hard that I knocked over the bong and accidentally inhaled deeply while clutching my throbbing toe. Talk about a painful high.
