an evolved version of the word 'timmy' used in the popular television series southpark by a handicapped child named timmy. The word 'timmoi' is used to describe a person (handicapped or not) who is acting like a retarded or handicapped person on purpose or not.

A person injuring themselves or failing to pull off a procedure whilst attempting a stunt or activity may be considered a 'timmoi'

Timmie is the first mondstat citizen that you would encounter in Genshin Impact. Once a kind boy who feed pigeons everyday, he was consumed by hatred as a certain traveller from a foreign world murdered his only family, the pigeons.

He was brought before the winter shogun, Tsaritsa, and he swore to serve her so Tsaritsa's dream of destroying the world could finally be realized, so that a world where pigeons can live safely can be created.

As the Harbinger, known as the Doll Maker, he soon assembled his arsonal of field tillers, also known as cyclops.

Timmins

The small town in the middle of nowhere where it goes from 30c to -20c in a matter of 1 week in October. Fall and Spring are pretty much non-existent in Timmins. Also, it is full of drug addicts and porn stars. We also have shit news tv channels so we watch news from down south and we envy the warm temperature of "Sub-North Bay" temperatures. Global warming has no affect here, it still has been the same temperatures literally forever. It's like a slightly less cold Siberia. Also potholes appear constantly and are never fixed.

Timmsian Rip 

When one takes a bong rip large enough to enable the rest of the people in the room to get a hit off of the massive smoke cloud left behind after the hit. A Timmsian Rip is the largest type of bong rip and is known for its density and appearance upon exhale ex thick white cloud.

The rip is named after Zack Rocket an Atlanta Based DJ that is known for his advocacy of rips of this magnitude.

His smoke cloud was so dense that I got a hit just by sitting on the couch next to him, it was a real Timmsian Rip.
