Also known as the orange county borderlands that is comprised of several cities making up "the borders" "the last frontier" "the crossroads" "westeros" before you step into LA COUNTY. These cities are distinct in that they share more or to a lesser extent elements of both countys in their demographics culture and attitudes. Generally more laid back, not as outspoken or opinionated "chill" where diversity is the norm, (melting pot) as is raising kids (great public schools), working a normal job and using *cough* coupons (penny hoarding). When spoken pronounced "oh-cheese". OCS stands for Only Child Syndrome. People with OCS are often only looking out for themselves. They disregard other people's plans, feelings, and ideas in favor of their own, and often change their minds, even after making "definite" plans. They're usually indecisive, as well as bipolar when it comes to relationships.
Person 1: "Hey, do you want to come to my house? We can get a ride."
OCS Sufferer: "No, I don't know, I want to be in NATURE right now.."
