A character, that is developed by person/group/company, but due to being left undeveloped, they get developed by someone else, who didn't created the character. The one, who keeps developing semi oc must still credit original creator.

Person 1: Woah, is that your OC?
Person 2: They actually belong to someone else, but they got abandoned, so I am the one doing the work instead. For now, they are my semi oc
