textile challenged 

Someone that can't keep clothes on. Either because they can't stand the way fabric feels against their skin, feels sufacated or restraint in freedom of movement or they just plain want to be naked and feel the air all over their body. A Textile Challenged person would have a really hard time swimming in clothes, wet fabric against their skin would be like fingernails scratching on a chalkboard to others.

To have difficulties text messaging either due to a jacked up cell phone, network, or just plain sore fingers.

I couldnt text message any of my friends all day long. My phone was not sending any of my text messages. I had a serious case of texticle dysfunction.
