testosterone poisoning

When a woman takes testosterone in order to "transition" into being a transman, and encounters the severe physical, physiological and mental side effects from an artificially induced endocrine disorder. Symptoms are not unlike those for abuse of other steroids, of which testosterone is one: irritability, rage, promiscuity, lack of emotional control, violent outbursts, abnormal hair growth, male pattern baldness, damage to fertility, vocal chord damage, skeletal deformation.
A: How is she now that she's detransitioned?
b: She's okay, but it's hard to know the long-term effects of testosterone poisoning.

testosterone poisoning

When a man dies as a result of doing something that is both stupid, and something one would normally associate with steretypical "dumb guy" activity.

"The actions of the nominees are so shortsighted, so counter to common sense, that they can only be explained by the apparent need to strut superior risk-taking capacity."
- from The Darwin Awards (first book)
A Houston man earned a succinct lesson in gun safety when he played Russian roulette with a .45-caliber semiautomatic pistol. Rashaad, nineteen, was visiting friends when he announced his intention to play the deadly game. He apparantly did not realize that a semiautomatic pistol, unlike a revolver, actually inserts a cartridge into the firing chamber when the gun is cocked. His chance of winning a round of Russian Roulette was zero, as he quickly discovered.

Testosterone poisoning

When guys try to act more manly and macho than the other guys to impress each other. Often leads to idiodocy and dangerous risk taking.
All they talked about was who's truck was bigger to impress me. Tsk. Testosterone poisoning.
A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
1 “Socks! Those aren’t socks you smelly git, they’re toe rags!”
2 “What have you been cooking? Smells like toe rag!”
3 “I can smell ‘er fanny from ‘ere, proper toe rag.”
4 That Heale Malcolm is a right toe rag.

Eternity leave

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!

With regrets I would like to inform you that my boss is officially on eternity leave. I will never see or hear them again. Ever.
