Tentacular 

Used in the workplace, tentacular refers to a body of work that has many dependent and independent parts. As such, it is difficult to manage, difficult to understand and often difficult to finish.

The project to re-structure the financial systems was so tentacular that over half the company was working on it, yet no one seemed to know why or when it would be finished

Tentacular orgy 

Orgy that includes a creature of myth or nightmares that has tentacles. A qualifying creature must have at least 4 tentacles. An example would be an octopus or kraken.
