As clearly defined by the creator, Matt Passarello, in the late 80's during a game of UpHill/DownHill:
"Anything and Everything you want it to be"... This is normally applied in front of "awes", (pronounced "oss") which is literally short for "awesome"... "Fred's gay lob was tawba awes..."
