In NBA, to leave a lesser talented team to join a team of superstars in hopes of winning multiple titles. Usually involves taking a pay-cut and moving to a glamorous city.
With Dwight Howard, LeBron James, and Jason Terry superteaming...one can only speculate how long it takes a team not from Boston, LA, or Miami to win a championship.
Who needs leadership? Superteaming has allowed me to play at the same level with a better teammate, allowing me to accumulate more titles without needing to take charge of a game.
Superteaming is great for the NBA, I can root for a team that I know will never lose.

A super team is a team with at least 3 all stars and 2 of them could be the best player on a championship team

Already established All Star players coming together to a team to form a super team.
Usually requires 2 or more players to join in with another to form 3 All star players superteam (NBA).
Super team does not have to be good in game, they have to be good on paper.

Lakers in 2008 were not a super team, Pau Gasol joined Kobe Bryant and both were All Stars, but no one else until Bynum matured into All Star in 2012, Bynum was on Lakers team since 2005, not a superteam (NBA).
Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen joined Pau Pierce in Boston Celtics - 2007(Rondo still was not an All Star)
