Sugarcoat

To truthfully manipulate a fact to make it sound less harsh and/or worse than the straight truth.

To say the truth in a manner where it doesn't actually sound that bad.
"I have a broken testicle, but my doctor sugarcoated it, and called it a 'loose nut that just needs tightening'."

sugarcoat

Making words in a sentence seem kinder than what they are to avoid hurting someone's feelings.
some fat kid: dude, are you gonna eat that?
some guy: yea man, boy why do you always ask for other people's food?
some fat kid: because i'm always hungry.
some guy: you are so fat man, and i'm not going to sugarcoat it neither because you'll probably eat that too.

Redbank Sugarlick

When you are so desperate for a blowjob you let your male cousin do it then give him one in return to keep him from telling anyone.
Sarah had dumped P.D. so he had become desperate for his usual Saturday night blow. So when his cousin Mike came over for some XBox playing he begged him for a Redbank Sugarlick. Mike had not had it in awhile from Sarah either so he agreed. Now P.D. can't get Mike to stop coming by the house.
The dogs sugarcone started smelling so we put her outside.

Sugardick

A man that you can't get enough of.
Once you've had a taste of his sweetness, you become addicted to him.
