Any person or persons who terrorize streets where skateboarding is not allowed, by running around, and jumping on and off various objects for their own personal entertainment. Street Runners are most common in Paris, France, where skateboarding is illegal in public squares.
Those street runners broke the statue again.

Chinese Street Runner - While the term originated on Blackett St, it is beginning to be heard world wide . This term usually refers to one running around crazily, looking like a loud crazed person, or dressing in a hookerish manner .
That girl looks like she's about to shoot up some bitchas' .. oh no ! She's running right towards me in an insane fashion while wearing stripperish clothing .. she looks like a major chinese street runner !
