either an actual monkey made from stone, or a person who, while to stoned for speech, resorts to grunts to communicate.

Stoner: Dude, I've got the munchies. Want to go to T-Bell?
Stonemonkey: Grunt.
Stoner: So... ya wanna go?

Stoner: You can't move can you?
