this refers to a Stop and Go or any convenience store and is a term used by many people that live in south Chicago. Stick being what you buy and sto is short for store.

sto ho - Slang for a stowaway whore. A sto ho is a ho that you don't bring out in public. One which you don't let your friends see for whatever reasons. A whore that you keep away in essence store away the ho.
