Slang term for cigarette. Probably coined by kids from Santa Barbara,CA most likely from UCSB. Since the smoking of tobacco is often not very well seen by american society, stoag has become a cool way to name the little tobacco rollings hiding their real nature. The term has spread also among exchange students in the netherlands, thanks to the presence of a remarkable number of californian students attending dutch universities, becoming the number one word used instead of cigarette.
