The act of exhibiting such immediate excitement and general euphoria that it invokes an orgasm-like sensation and/or sound.

Usually in response to some statement or other external stimulus.

Often accompanied by profuse hugging and other signs of affection.

When I told her I got tickets to see her favorite band, she nearly suffered a squealgasm.
