When you take a picture of yourself and others using the front facing camera of your phone. It's like taking a selfie, but you're not alone.
I offered to take a picture of my friends, but they instead decided to take a someoneelsie themselves.

A selfie that has been taken by a person who is not part of the picture. A regular photo, basically.
Person #1: Hey, can you make a selfie of me and my gang?
Person #2: A someoneelsie.
Person #1: What?
Person 2: You are not taking the picture yourself, so it's not a "selfie". It's a someoneelsie.
Person #1: Ugh, fine. Just take the picture, okay?

Someoneelsie is a word to describe someone else taking a photo of you or you and your friend/s, as apposed to a selfie taken by yourself.
Why don't you get a someoneelsie as you would get more people in the picture.
