snuggly pipe
a broken or chipped glass crack pipe, usually smashed in the back alleys of baltimore. the reason its called a snuggly pipe is because when the junkie gets beaten up the glass pipe breaks and the junkie falls asleep on the shards of glass and its quite uncomfortable.
