A pretentious, douchey asshole. Usually a cis man. The manbaby kind, bonus points for accuracy to the definition if their sense of humour is borderline or downright over the top offensive.

What Angelenos (people from Los Angeles) call Oxnard, which most would prefer not to call anything at all, except they frequently have to drive through it. Almost always preceded by the definite article ("The 'Snard"). Derivatives exist, i. e. "Snarditude".

Five's a bitch, and Bakersfield sucks, but if we take 101, we gotta go through The 'Snard again.

The sticky snot-like adhesive used to hold new credit cards to piece of paper.

I went to use my new credit card but the snard on the back jammed up the pin reader.
