It is what some crazy girl would say when she thought something was fantastic. She snacked so much that the word snack got stuck in her vocabulary permanently, and everyone thought it sounded bitchin'. So now it is an official word that means fantastic while snacking.

Very tasty, appeasing to the human taste sensory receptors. Generally used to describe a snack, light meal, or side dish. Sometimes, it is also used to describe non-food items, such as women.
