To smoke a cigarette while dropping a deuce (#2, lay cable, etc. etc.). From my knowledge, smoking while dropping a deuce feels great and aids in the release of poop which is most likely a mental thing. Give it a try sometime if you're already addicted to cigarettes. Kids: Cigarettes are BAD. Damn, did we have to eat Indian food for lunch? I think I need to run home and smeuce!
