Smegmite

Smegmite (noun): A derogatory slang term for an individual (or group, as "smegmites") whose entire being is metaphorically composed of accumulated smegma — that foul, cheesy buildup of dead skin cells, sebum, sweat, and other genital gunk. Essentially a microscopic dick-cheese parasite or worthless crusty gremlin. Used to roast someone as slimy, repulsive, unhygienic, and utterly beneath contempt.

Example in the wild: "Mate, you're a fucking smegmite."
