The process of defining an idea in professional discourse using multiple disclaimers, justifying clauses, and self-coined words or phrases, all within a single long sentence. Usually used by lawyers, politicans, and academics.
Q: "Did you understand what he was saying?"
A: "No, I didn't. I couldn't make out all the slemmish."
