Someone on urbandictionary.com who doesn't really read submissions when he/she edits them, just puts "publish" or "reject" at random depending on what he/she feels like.

I'm a slash-and-burn editor because I just published thirty words for the hell of it.

A wiki editor who deletes or removes content instead of fixing, improving, rewording, or sourcing it. Someone whose main mission is (or appears to be) to remove instead of contribute.

A slash-and-burn editor just deleted that paragraph instead of fixing it!
