A sketchenstein combines the shifty/shady awkwardness of a creeper with the unnatural shuffling and terrible complexion of the undead. Sketchensteins can commonly be encountered working the late night shift at your local fast-food restaurants.
Guy 1: "Look at that creeper behind the counter! Looks like hes been trippin' for a few months straight!"
