Verb; to have a lot of anything. Often refers to money, time, drugs, alcohol, food, etc. Usually pronounced without the g at the end of sitting: sittin'
1)
Steve: Hey, do you think I should go pick up another keg?
Larry: Nah, dude, we're sitting on stacks right now. There's so much left.

2)
Larry: It's pay day!
Steve: I know, dude, I'm sittin' on stacks right now! I'm gonna go cop an eighth and then we can get ripped.

3)
Steve: Shit, what time is it?! I think I'm late for work!
Larry: Nah, dude, it's only 7:45, you're sittin' on stacks.
