The state of being one finds oneself in after being repeatedly penetrated by a person with a below-the-knee amputation of a leg. Generally done in such a way that the remaining portion of the amputated leg is fully inserted into the orifice in question. Normally executed with a dominant female amputee as the "top" and a submissive male as the "bottom".

Trevor: "Dude! That wench just shinfucked James so hard that it might turn him straight!"

Simon: "For sure, dude! Why aren't there any girls in Millet like that?"
