Shalay is a girl who's very silly, weird, goofy and awesome. She's a person you'll want to hang out with! She's very pretty. She takes other people criticism even though she doesn't need to. She's insecure but she isn't aware of how awesome she really is!

A very funny and goofy character, she or he can be smart when they want. There are really talented like drawing, dancing, or singing. She\He makes her\he friends laugh but can be very shy until she\he gets to know some one. She\He definitely a animal lover, definitely towards dogs and would most likely name there animal with a K or S. She\He gets jealous but tries to keep inside also has a little of an angry side but only when someone pushes she\he buttons. Keep her as a friend because she\he is a good friend or girlfriend and is anti-problematic.

a shalay is one of the best things to smoke meth from.. people at the gas stations call them "incense burners".
if you but a shalay at the gas station.. be careful! i had to buy 3 in 10 minutes because i kept fuckin dropping them.. they break real easy.
