A female who believes in feminism (normally the extremist tumblrina or sjw variety) and being equal to (or greater than in some cases) men only when it is beneficial to them.
Selective Feminism User: "I believe in equality for women because men are oppressive rapist scum."
Man: "Alright. Waiter, can we split the bill?"
Selective Feminism User: "YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT A LADY YOU RUDE ASSHOLE"

Selective feminism refers to many feminists who only want equality when it benefits women, but neglects it otherwise. For example, wants men to only suffer blue collar jobs, doesn't care about male homelessness, etc but also demanding special privileges for women. Many feminists are this way nowadays. Some examples include Liza Mundy, Hanna Rosin, and to an extent also Elizabeth Badinter.
