when a person claims to have crohn's disease ( an inflammation of the bowel causing sudden and frequent bathroom breaks) uses that ailment selectively to benefit him/her when it is convenient to have such an ailment to exit certain social situations. Hey, have you noticed that when she is bored at a party she has sudden selective crohn's and uses that as an excuse to leave?
