scutterbucket 

A dirty man who talks a lot of rubbish (scutter).

A habitual liar, who often tells lies to impress people in the surrounds of a public house, whilst horrifically drunk.
A tramp who goes into pubs (usually Irish ones) with just enough money for a drink (usually cider). Buys drink then proceeds to annoy the locals with his drunken, abusive behaviour, bad odour and incontinence problem.

a girl who pretty much opens her legs to everyone and everything on the block. certain smutabuckets are international and fuck with people outside their block. some smutabuckets know they are smutabuckets and represent for all smutabuckets of the world while others are in denial or just do it on the low.

Scuttlebucket 

A ScuttleBucket is a Team Fortress 2 freak. It is basically a Pyro-Bucket hybrid. A ScuttleBucket does act like a dog.

"Hey, you see that ScuttleBucket there?"
"Isn't it a pyro?"
