An adjective to describe someone who may have hand me down clothing or look like they just woke up from a hangover, but is still good looking nonetheless. Often urban white trash (low income) ,the kind which doesn't praise nascar and inbreeding, but may be into hip hip or more 'city-like' things like running from police and getting arrested.

Girl 1: "ohhh, he's so scurvalicious."
Girl 2: "I'd hit the scurve."

Girl 1: "Is he trying to act black?"
Girl 2: "Nah, he's just scurvalicious white trash."

one who has scabbies and is delicious. They often spread their scabbies through brief sexual encounters with random people they meet. They rapidly spread everywhere, including microwaves, under desks, and esspecially in their beds. A scabealicious person is a survivor of Scabbie Scare 2009.
