(1) A term used to make fun of a gay person.

(2) Also an insult to a straight person meaning they are gay.

(1) Bob: I saw John walking into a gay bar yesterday.
Tom: No way! I didnt know he was a scrotumaster!

(2) Jimmy has been acting like such a scrotumaster lately.
