Paint that flakes off of cheap plastic beads and is used for psychological testing, similar to the inkblot tests. When capitalized like SCHWA, it can also be used as a substitute exclamation for exclamations of all shapes and sizes.

A person whom nobody notices. He/She tends to play dirty tricks on people and still go unnoticed. People say that to see a schwa is a real miracle, most people go their whole lives without seeing them. It takes a very observant person to notice the schwa.
Marty: did you hear that?
Finn: what?
