A pair of people, usually teenagers, who are so madly in love they feel the need to publicly show affection every second of every day. An ookie schnookum relationship usually lasts between 3 and 8 days.
The ookie schnookums couldn't keep their hands off each other while waiting to order dinner from McDonalds.
