Schooter is used to define someone who would probably shoot up a school or someone who has shot up a school.

That kid who sits by himself at lunch and has no friends is a schooter.

An extremely friendly person willing to engage in conversation with anyone they meet; Disarmingly simplistic and sincere, showing genuine interest in what other people have to say; Easily accepted by most;
Having a contagious zest for life and a bright smile.
Often using terms such as; Bro, Broski, Brother.

Ass Schmoner 

One who is above all others, can kick anyone's ass. He/She is a general beast whom all like. Ass schmoner, however, can also be used as an insult, implying that you ruin everything in the room, much like an ass will create a fart to ruin everything in a room.

Insult : "YOU ASS SCHMONER!"
(usually in a German accent)

Compliment: "That was awesome man! You're a real Ass Schmoner!"
