A Schirtzinger is a wonderful person who has the character of an angel, and happen to be extremly good looking. Although some may have horrible tempers with short fuses, they generally keep thier cool. They have a very big sense of humor, they will make you laugh til you can't anymore. Schellinger environment

Toxic work environment, especially those rampant with: 1) extreme micromanagement, 2) lack of respect, 3) excessive emphasis on performance metrics, 4) hostile feedback, and 5) high employee turnover.

Thank you for the job offer, but I cannot subject myself to the evident Schellinger environment.
