A dumbass who can't accept that goku solos and loves to d ride saiki when he gets speed blitzed by 90% of fiction. Someone who never stopped and thought to themselves how the fuck am I supposed to use my powers when I'm not even fast enough to use them. Someone who also does not know that precog doesn't help if you're not actually fast enough to react.
