A sa7sou7 is a an arab word that characterizes a slap on the back of someone's neck, typically degrading, but not quite mocking. A sa7sou7 is administered to ridicule someone, or when they cut their hair. In this case it's called a sa7sou7 7le2a or "haircut sa7sou7".
