That’s why we wear hats

Used to express disgust, annoyance or unhappiness with the current economic state. Usually referring to inflation. Why we wear hats is supposed to suggest being defecated on by a flock of birds from above. Metaphorically speaking the economy is being likened to a flock of birds flying overhead. The punchline is there isn’t really a hat that can protect you from inflation.

hatsune miku's popipo day 

i had this idea in the shower ;-;
basically on December 11 (when popipo by lamazeP was made) we will have fruits and vegetables as our main food for a day. of course, we can eat meat and dairy and all of that stuff, but we mainly eat fruits and veggies on this day. you don't have to do this though, it is all up to you. :)

To take (one's) hat off (to someone) is an idiom that means "To respect, admire, or congratulate someone." Often heard as, "Hat's off to you!"

Hat's On 

Somebody who is "Hat's On" is enthusiastic. There Hat is on, so they are ready to go anywhere. In Australian (and other countries) Primary Schools, wearing your hat is very important. A Person Whose Hat's On wants to be outside all the time, and likes to do things. someone who is hats on is most likely a extrovert, but can be and introvert. people can be hats on in different scenarios, you don't have to be hat's on all the time.

When we do poetry Jim is really Hat's On, he's a wizard at that stuff.

That Joe is really Hat's On, He was ready to leave so early.
