runf 

"Runf" is a common word in Norway. The meaning of the word is the same as "Me 2" or "I think so too". (In Norwegian "sjæl"). You pronounce it "RØNF", and it's used mostly on twitter and facebook.

A character or person that runs from you. Usually used in a videogame where the mission is to catch a character who is running aaway from the player.

Runfidence 

Rinfidence: the spirit that rises in you when your running improves as you regain strength after a long layoff.

I used to have no problem running a full 10k, then my hamstring got pulled. But, since I slowly began to train again, my RUNFIDENCE is back so I can try a 10k again!
