ruddiculous

An adjective to describe any utterance on a subject by someone who clearly is out of their depth in that particular subject, especially when related to fiscal management or economics. Named for the current Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd, who knows nothing at all about either and insists on airing his ignorance.
So, you think that a $1000 handout to every bum in the country to spend on smokes and booze will help stimulate the economy and stave off a depression? That's ruddiculous.

rudeiculous

Rude and ridiculous. The perfect shade throw in almost all circumstances.
I can’t believe you said that. It was rudeiculous.
