The rubber tire is a large fleshy roll of fat that travels around the circumference of an individual's waist area. A rubber tire may be seen lying in the shade of a midriff baring shirt, or even sleeping beneath a long cotton top. You cannot hide a rubber tire with two layers of tanktops. Low rise pants should definitely not be worn while sporting a rubber tire.
