A contraction of the words ridiculous and predictable.

To be used in government or large corporate environments. Meant to signify any process, procedure or policy that is ridiculous but highly predictable in its outcome.
' That Joe, the least qualified manager was promoted is the outcome of a ridictable company policy.'

' That government always leans towards higher taxes is ridictable.'

A combonation of the words ridiculous and terrible, used to describe things that are both ridiculous and terrible and the same time.
Michael Scott is such a ridiclable person. I would never work for him.
